Salesforce and its Objects
CRM: Customer Relationship Management is a platform use to manage customers data and businesees to help in growing business. There are many Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software available in market including Salesforce, bitrix24, zoho, Siebel and many others. CRM is the technology which is useful for developing business, acquiring more and more customers, automating complex and repetitive processes. CRM software helps industry/company to maintain relationship with customers, colleagues, suppliers, dealers, distributors.
Salesforce As CRM: Salesforce is the cloud base, multi-tenant, easily accessible and effective CRM to increase business profit and to maintain relation with customers. Salesforce provide common space and resources on sharing bases to users this is also called as multi-tenant environment. Salesforce also helps to campaign the products, sales the products and also provides after sale service for the products. Salesforce provide cloud base solution for different things.Sales cloud is also one of them.

Objects in Salesforce: We can store the information into an object. In simple word object is nothing but a table of Information in which columns are called as fields and rows are called as Record.
Salesforce Support Two types of objects .
- Standard Objects
- Custom Objects
Standard Objects: Salesforce.com provides some inbuilt objects these objects are called Standard Object. Examples are Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Reports, Dashboards, campaigns, Cases, products, users.
Custom Objects: Custom objects are those objects which are created by us to store custom data. We need to store some data As per our requirement or business requirement, in that case we can create Custom Object to store data in it.
Example. I want to store Salary account information of employees working in company. I will create Salary Account Object and related cutom fileds to store information.
